Refund policy

At Leaf & Heir, we want you to love what you buy from us. If something isn't right, we'll make it right. It's that simple.
Our 30-day happiness guarantee
If you're not completely happy with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund. No restocking fees and no awkward questions. If it didn't work out, we want to know, and we want to fix it.
What can be returned
Almost everything we sell is covered by this policy. To be eligible for a return, items should be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In their original condition (gently used is okay; we know you need to try things out)
- Accompanied by the order number or original confirmation email
A few items can't be returned for health and safety reasons:
- Gift cards
- Final-sale items clearly marked at checkout
- Items damaged through misuse after delivery
How to start a return
- Email us at info@leafandheir.com with your order number and a quick note about what you'd like to return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label. Returns are on us.
- Pack the item up (the original packaging is great, but anything sturdy works), attach the label, and drop it at any carrier location.
- That's it. We'll take it from there.
Refunds
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3–5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method, the same card or account you used at checkout. Depending on your bank, the credit may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.
You'll get an email confirmation as soon as the refund is on its way.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, please reach out within 7 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We'll send a replacement or full refund right away. No return required in most cases.
Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a size, color, or item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for what you actually want. This way you get the new item shipped right away instead of waiting for us to receive the return first.
Late or missing refunds
If it's been more than 10 business days since we confirmed your refund and you still don't see it:
- Check your bank or credit card statement again.
- Contact your card issuer. Refunds sometimes take time to post officially.
- Still no luck? Email us at info@leafandheir.com and we'll track it down with you.
