Ingredients: Olive Leaf

Size: 1.76oz (50g), which makes 6 quarts (twelve 16oz servings or twenty-four 8oz cups).

Brewing · Hot

Steeped simply.

A few leaves, hot water, ten minutes. That’s the whole thing.

  1. Rinse your leaves in fresh cold water prior to steeping.
  2. Place a few leaves in a tea diffuser inside your favorite cup.
  3. Pour 8 oz of freshly heated water over the leaves.
  4. Steep for 10–15 minutes. The longer you steep, the stronger the flavor.

No diffuser? Add the leaves directly to your cup and strain when the flavor is where you want it.

Brewing · Iced

Cold pour, same leaf.

Brew a batch, chill it, pour it over ice. Lasts the week.

  1. Rinse your leaves in fresh cold water prior to steeping.
  2. Heat 2 quarts of water until just below boiling.
  3. Add ¼ of the package’s leaves; simmer for 10 minutes.
  4. Let cool. Transfer to a pitcher and refrigerate.

Use within 4 days. Add fruit and sweetener to taste.
